Support

Support is available to all clients and staff from a team of specialist nurses and managers who  assess client needs. These members of staff arrange care packages that are introduced to ensure the service is centred on the client’s right to privacy, dignity, choice and independence.
AMG aims to create a positive and welcoming environment that encompasses the client and family needs.

People

AMG recruits all of it's staff through a rigorous procedure ensuring they are experienced, trained and fully capable to provide the service requested.
All staff undergo annual police checks with additional checks made against the Protection Of Vulnerable Adults (POVA) and Protection of Children Act (PoCA) lists.

We run our own training academy, which provides mandatory and specialist training in complex care needs as required by our clients.
