As part of AMG’s commitment to staff development, we have introduced a training academy, which enables us to introduce education and training in areas specific to our clients’ needs.

The service is also offered to external organisations which can access both mandatory training in key areas as well as specific training tailored to their requirements.

Clients can utilise our training centre's in Stone, Staffordshire and Nottingham.

All of our staff undergo regular training and updates in key areas such as health and safety, moving and handling of patients, fire safety awareness, infection control, medication, child protection and adult abuse issues.

Specific induction and training relative to an individual’s care plan enables staff to have a full understanding of the future goals and care needs of our clients.

Training dates are available throughout the year - or can be arranged to suit.
