Complex Care

AMG recognises that people retain the right to choose to live in their own homes.

These choices can be challenged if their health and long-term needs require specialist intervention and monitoring.

AMG has built a team of experienced qualified nurses and careers, supported by a professional training department to assess and create a person-aimed plan of care to enable individuals with a wide range of complex issues to be supported at home.
