AMG will work together with GP’s and other health providers to create an individualised plan of palliative care, in agreement with the client and family.

AMG aim to provide an extra layer of support without disrupting the family dynamic but relieving the challenge of physical care.

Flexible support is provided when the needs arises, and supports the whole person and their family, recognising that needs and wishes change overtime requiring adjustment in care provision.

AMG can provide day and night care, timed visits and 24 hour care.
